A block from the road to Gull Harbor is where you'll find the Bud McDonough Memorial Ball Park.  This is the place to find the action on Sunday afternoons all summer long.  Evenings during the summer you may catch the youngsters out here practicing or little ones learning the basics of the game with T-ball.

The ball diamond was named after Joseph "Bud" McDonough whose passion was sports ~ in particular, baseball.  The second week-end in August is the Annual Bud McDonough Baseball Tournament and amateur teams from all over the state come a vie against each other for the trophy.
