Green's BayGreen's Bay on a beautiful sunny summers day is almost like a tropical paradise. The blue/green waters, white sand beach and dunes lends itself to the perfect vacation place. It was named after "White Dan" and "Red Dan" Greene, who were cousins that settled on this lovely bay in the 1860's to fish. It it now mostly privately owned, and for those who have summer homes here it IS paradise found. That's High Island you see off in the distance. |
