To me, Fox Lake is the most picturesque lake on the island. It is not named for the animal, but for a Mormon carpenter who lived on this land in 1852. In the evenings here you can hear the loons calling and fish jumping.
There is a small camping area and small boats are available for rental if you care to fish or just row around and enjoy the beauty.
For the fisherman, perch, blue gill, pike, sunfish and small mouth bass can be caught here.
